Structure of Ultrafine Vertical Grinding Mill:
The reducer of the ultrafine vertical grinding mill system makes the grinding table rotate. And raw material is delivered into the grinding house by the belt feeder through the air-block device. As the grinding table rotate, there will be centrifugal force, which will move the raw material towards the edge of grinding table. And the raw material will be ground between rollers and grinding table.
Motor power is transmitted to the ultrafine vertical grinding mill reducer via coupling. The reducer outputs torque, which makes the grinding disc rotate circumferentially. With the pressure of the roller, the materials are smashed by extrusion, grinding and shearing. Working Principle of Ultrafine Vertical Grinding Mill:
The reducer makes the grinding table rotate. The crushed stone conveyed to the grinding house by belt conveyor falls down onto the grinding table because of gravity. With help of the centrifugal force of the rotating grinding table, calcite moves from center to edge. And at the same time, calcite is ground between roller and ring. After being ground, the ultrafine powder goes through the classifier into the pulse-jet collector with the help of air blower sucking. Coarser powder will fall down to the ultrafine vertical grinding mill again due to its large self-gravity and get reground.

Rotation speed of ultrafine vertical grinding mill is an important factor, which can affect the grinding efficiency. As the rotation speed goes up, the friction between the grinding media and stone is increased, so this can improve grinding efficiency. However, the rotation speed should not be too high. If The rotation speed is too high, the stone will move out of the grinding contact surface, and the powder shape will be also influenced, and the vibration of the whole vertical roller mill will be higher. So the grinding efficiency cannot be improved. The suitable rotation speed is the right choice.
